LINE OUT - BIOGRAPHY

Once upon a time in a small town placed in Serbia, called Sombor, there were some young enthusiast, with the great idea of forming a band-playing FunkyPunkRock music. It was the year of 1996. The best time to start any creative work in Serbia. Of course it was too early for them (considering that they were only high-school boys) to find the right genre, but while experimenting, they found themselves feeling really good while making the instrumental music. It was a good beginning of cooperation of a couple of good friends...even jazz started to be on their menu.
It's the year of 2007. Eleven years behind them. Lots of new people working with the bend, lots of new ways of expressing their music, lots of new work. Right now, Line Out has eight members. Vladimir Koprivica Kopra - drumms; Milan Djurdjevic Djukams - bass guitar; Zoltan Kis Zolja - electric guitar; Boris Golub Risbo - electric guitar; Dragoslav Mitrovic Citra - tenor sax; Tomislav Barak Toma - trumpet; Jovana Djurovic Joxa - vocal; Milos Chekic - keys & fx. Programing, VJ master; The genre that is being played is something like trip - hop, dub, reggae, funky - rock ... a fussion of sounds. Publishing their first album "Masterpiece" and making songs for the new album.
The band has played in many clubs in Sombor, Vojvodina and Serbia. They have formed lots of good friendships, and one of the most important is one with the producer Molnar Dezhe and a recorder Jan Shash. The band has recorded one album "Sitno ali bericetno" in Studio M, in Novi Sad but it was never published. After that, Line Out was performing all over the country.
On a Cross radio’s (union of radio stations of former Yugoslavia) year top-list (for the year of 2007.), Line Out has won a 13th place, with a song "Deranne" and also with a song "My world" 16 th for the year 2008.
New cooperation is made with Sombor producer and recorder Vaci Aleksandar Shaci - with whom band starts to sound a bit different. Line Out has performed at the Exit festival in 2003. featuring live act producer Shaci, MC Chaki and vocal Nina Zelic. Also at the Change festival in Sombor 2004. and Exit 05.
First album ("Masterpiece") has been published. In a cooperation with Aleksandar Vaci who was a producer and who made some of the arrangement. Lyrics were written by Jovana Djurovic.
