buy	Yobo is definitely one of those bands that will be mentioned by critics on their yearly charts in years to come. This is by no means an exaggeration, but rather a fact. In their creativity as well as with their technical expertise, Yobo represents a band with a great musical craftsmanship. Their debut album Watch Out! New Breed is Coming, recorded in mid 2001 and released in February of this year (2002), from a production standpoint has approached world standards for hardcore releases revealing a strong potential of the material that in live shows shines in all its glory. One must note that no mature hardcore release of this sort could be found on this market with the exception of last years’ release by older colleagues – Eyesburn. Their sound is a mixture of ‘nu metal’ with hip-hop and hardcore overlays. Representatives of a similar sound overseas are: Papa Roach, Machine Head, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, P.O.D…

The first single off the album is 'Jealousy' for which a video was shot in the same fashion as one would find on satellite music channels like MTV, VIVA, MCM.
The band exists since 1997. Aside from lead vocal Aleksandar and the guitar player Kiki, other members of the band are Igor – on drums, and Lima – on bass. The former two are known for their collaboration with such bands as Dead Ideas, Brain Storm, Kolibriks and Osmi Putnik II.
Buy their album and you will understand that the term ‘hard guitar sound’ has taken scary proportions around here. Anticipate Yobo in a town near you for you will have a blast at their show, secretly yearning for these young heartbreakers with hard sound to come back.
